For the longest time these Art Deco polishes were so hard to find! I managed to score one at the dollar store, but that was the only one that I ever saw there. You can also get them online, but I have a thing about paying shipping for nail polish lol. I am so stoked that Forever21 is now carrying these little gems for only $1.80 a piece! These are perfect for nail art because they cover in one coat and have a very thin and long brush. Plus the colors are really fun!

I came up with this nail art design for a youtube contest. The theme was 16th birthday. I used a teal and black invitation and a heat-shaped tiara for my inspirations. Although it’s a pretty easy design, I got a lot of compliments when I was rocking this look I hope you like it!
